I have a couple of tarot cards in my items but have no clue what they are for or what they do, any info appreciated.
They are from some Halloween events. They were used to open the Halloween-exclusive eb for two years so far.
It's possible, since they weren't removed from inventory yet. The past couple years have seen more event-exclusive items get reused to keep new events simpler, though it isn't a guarantee by any means.
