    a) You are HLBC with L3T4.
    b) You have at least 5 lands unlocked in the Mountain Lands, the secret lands unlockable through begging the devs/mods.

  8. Yeah, Swabia gave me the building code for my main, one t5 building has 1comb stats for both spy and attack! And a lvl 3 only cost 5b
