Without paying- guild hlbc, then save up 125 bill multiplied by 25 and add that to 24 multiplied by 15 bill plus the prices to upgrade castle and voila you have a target 

 

Hlbc with guilds then spend your life savings on nobs.

There's no fast way. Took me 8 months to get all t5 in highlands.
