38th land. after that, the next land is more expensive than a t4 lv3, so then u go all t4 lv3, then get ur next land, put a t4 lv 3 on it and so on til lc bc

 

And that will only take a couple of years

 

4 Years Max, if you play the recommended 18 hours a day.
