T4 BC MAX PLUNDER??

  1. If I'm T4 BC what is the recommended $ amount in allies should I have to be at max plunder? I know the have the test u can do on the forum. But I know someone in the KAW world knows or have hand how many billion in allies I should have to be max plunder if I'm T4 BC. TY
