t3 lv3 vs t4 lv 1

  4. T4 lv1 would give better stats, upgrade them and make it stronger ;) would be the best

  8. T3 Lvl 3 is slightly better. You shouldn't ever have lvl 1 of T2, 3 or 4. Convert straight to lvl 2.
