On considering all the views , I think not all the top 200 clans are participating in this war so why people are scared ? Strips , maybe
There are many clans in the top 200 that are currently pre-occupied and since this is only a test war and does not count they don't want to join something to waste pots and mithril. A big reason why a lot are not joining because they are already in a OSW. Just a few reasons why
