Starfall: Rush for the Shards Event Feedback

  1. Startfall: Rush for the Shards Feedback;

This event gave people that wanted a PvP Event a PvP Event. Honestly, Wars were as far as I went with PvP Events. This just takes it to a whole new level. People have to work and sleep, this event prevents that of you want to keep yourself pinned.

Also, 1 week for third Event is more than enough. I am a warrior along with others and wasn't scared or afraid when this event came out. I did not opt-out like others did. Of course I respect the decision with those whom decided to Opt-Out.

Now, my views to the Opt-Out List. It appeared to be a troll list at first. Then, the numbers jumped to 100's. Kaw_Community mentioned that this event was for those whom wanted PvP. Also, that those whom enjoyed PvE could Opt-Put.

Note: Still looking forward for an Epic Battle Winter Event. Probably a new banner with new set of Equipment either shoulders or Chestplate.
(Would be interesting to have it as the Hunt for the Qutzal Feathers Event.) :
-That Qutzal Feather Event had tiers.
-Counted on actions made against the Epic Battle.
-Of course there would be something for the TOP 100.

This was feedback on the Startfall: Rush for the Shards Event. It also included a Feature Addition to a possibly New Epic Battle Winter Event.

If you would like to add your Feedback feel free to add it here. Agree with something or disagree add your Feedback.

(If you are wondering why Feedback this is so early.) It's Thanksgiving today. Won't probably be able to KaW tomorrow.

Happy Late Thanksgiving to the Developers. (October 13, 2014).

Happy Thanksgiving to Others. (November 27, 2014)

    Happy Kawing, Everyone.

  2. Something to add to Feedback. Why would you hit a player, then go DTW? Seriously, developers. This is an
issue with this type of event. In Wars, there are no Epic Battles, players cannot hit you and go DTW. You actually can attack them back. Now, with this event most players have resorted to hitting players then self-pin themselves to an Epic Battle.

  3. My Fixed Idea are:

    1) Tightening up the hit range (seriously 5 x my size hitting me)
    2) Opt in option that disable your ability to hitting EB or Quest

  4. That would be interesting. Want to PvP, then PvP no Epic Battles at all for the PvP players during an event.

  5. My issue is that as an attack build most people are dtw most of the time or you need to be nearly full to succeed on someone. And as soon as you go above 20% you get stomped by spies and have noone to retaliate against because they get unlimited hits as steals cant put you dtw. Ive literally been up for 5-10 minutes and been hit 50 times. Also the drop ratio for shards is rediculous people hit me and take 20 yet i cant find anyone tjat drops more then 3.

  6. My thoughts -

PVP promo duration of 1 week is too long. Should run over a weekend for 48-72 hours or provide a limited opt out spell (4-6 hours) which can only be cast once in a 24 hour period. This would allow them to be run more regularly.

The next PVP should be based on PRIMAL rules, i.e. no BFA or BFE. This would level the playing field somewhat. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to successfully return incoming.

Any PVP promo needs to be pre-announced with the opportunity to opt out prior to the communicated start time.

Mithril should be added to the rewards, based on successful activity, similar to wars.

Again, similar to wars, the ability to hit a clan member should be removed.
