You'd need xtals if you want to have max efficiency in pissing someone off.

First step: Use spies to assassinate until dtw. Burn pots if necessary.
Second step: Scout until all their spies are dead
Third step. Wait for them to sleep and then hire their allies, and steal all their gold.
Fourth step: Self pin until they forget about you.

 

Depends. Are you trying to get gold, piss them off, or pin them?

 

Just make them reset? Then get a bunch of friends and assassinate them until they're dtw. Then keep them there for as long as possible. So you'll need people who are in different Time Zones so they can keep him in pin.
