I think b2b haunts are still the way to go for good earning

 

Ambush? Not sure though. You can never go wrong with haunting.

 

I think spy builds earn more in haunts than attack builds. 

 

Foreign terrorities, all spy based

 

Forgotten ones has a good spy variety in the beginning of the eb. Good for starter accounts. Especially because it has an item phase you can hit to earn extra plunder

 

Ambush and then Haunts. Ambush has a huge steal portion in the EB and haunt has many items.

 

Ambush and Haunting

Haunts are the best without items I average 4-5 bill per.

 

Haunting earns you a lot more than Ambush compared to time consumed. Ideally, try to find a 2-3 hour Haunting clan, and hit pots as much as possible.

FoD is also a good way of earning gold if you're planning on selling the bronze bars/pots that you get from the bonus.
