SoS convertion

  1. I read sometime, that if you had less SoS buildings than the half of your maximum buildings number your plunder would drop. I was wondering if it is still true.

  3. Doesn't make much difference either way as you get less allie plunder, but more bonus form ebb. It was more for pwars.
