I doubt they will increase the rate and risk losing substantial profit. They already made it so various ebs drop them just have to get lucky.

Your lucky you even have a small chance to get them for free, the devs didnt have to make them drop from ebs

 

To be honest your lucky hte even exists, the devs could have kept it as it was 8 months ago or however long.before it was introduced
