scout using more spies?

  1. On nml now getting 5 scouts per regen vs 7 previous. Never saw any mention of this in news. Also only got around 60 scouts vs 78 with full bar

  4. 126k total spies doing now 2160 a nml scout vs around 1700 something previous

  9. So with no adjusted scout damage required on eb's, some got slightly longer. Not that it's that significant but I'd say some got 2% longer than pre-update.

  10. Scouting always provided an extra amount of actions compared to other actions. Now they are just inline with the others.
