reward for being active and being hired.

  1. I suggest instead of 1000000 gold for being hired, it should be 1 percent of your hire value.higher level player 1000000 gold means almost nothing.there for giving you a reason to be active and larger players to want you.

  2. Maybe a little more than 1% maybe 10% and it goes down a little for every higher
