1) you have already resetted today 2) devs flagged for suspicious activity... Email them at support@athinkingape.com to ask for the reasons why you can't and ask them to allow you to reset once again. But don't forget to add your username in it!!!
okay- if your reset button is disabled on idevice, you have two options 1.) if you are linked to pc, log onto your account through pc and reset that way 2.) email support@athinkingape.com and ask them to enable your reset button
