Disclaimer: please don't reset. Please. This is a legitimate question I remember a time where you reset and could get an item depending in how far you are into the game. I think the minimum was HLLC. I have no clue about this but I think it was removed. Please if anyone has the stats on these items I want a copy for my KaW timeline that I am making.
It was removed because people were abusing that feature. I don't know when, though. Good luck on your timeline!
I believe you can find them on wulf's grand equipment guide. I think it's still stickied but not 100% sure
Although i dont remember the stats for each individual item, i remember they capped at 8% in each slot. And the reset items themselves werent being abused, the quest xtals were. the reason reset items were taken out is because theyre no longer the challenge they once were to complete.
