You cannot request to get a silence lifted on forums, you have to email support@athinkingape.com with kaw username and time of silence and reason, if This is a perm silence and you have violated the rules, you would have to wait the 3 months to appeal your silence.
You should have recieved a pm from KaW explaining why you were silenced and when to appeal your silence. Follow those instructions and you should be good. When the time comes, email support@athinkingape.com and appeal your silence there.
Op, first you need to have an email address to able to contact support, you can create one over Google on what provider you want, it's quiet simple actually but to others it's a pain.

You cannot reset to remove the silence, once your account has been silenced there will be a note on your account, so resetting won't help, op I asked you what type of phone you have so I may assist you better.
