Relation between Towers and Plunder

  1. Hello KaW-Forumers,

    i basically only have a question how towers affect the plunder and wether there is a way to calculate it.

    I just builded 1 Spy def. Tower lvl. 1 on HF and my first Hit plunder from the new triple Haunts dropped from roughly 84mil to 78mil. Now I am interested how future towers are gonna affect my plunder and wether there is a way to calculate it.

  2. No way one tower dropped your plunder by 6m.
     
  3. It's just cause its x3 it drops x3 more.
     
  4. yep that's exactly what i thought but the question remains the same. How are towers and plunder related. Is there a way to calculate it? I know that these are 3x Haunts and that i got the EE Badge lvl 1 which also ads up a percantage but i just want to know how i would end up plunderwise with a few more defense towers :)
     
  5. i think what he/she means to ask, is how will towers affect plunder in the future. A regular haunt his would be 28mill. I think they war wondering if every tower is going to drop plunder by 2mill. Well, I cant answer this question 100% for you cause im not sure, but i doubt it. Im sure future towers will reduce your plunder less. Perhaps part of the loss was you tore down an attack building or guild to put that up?
     
  6. Well I have 18 LL towers and 2 HL towers and my plunder only dropped about 14m.
     
  7. Well yeah actually a normal haunt is roughly 25mil first hit and yeah you got my question but i used a brand new land on hf to build up that tower :)
     
  8. I haven't been able to calculate it but from what I can tell, the higher your stats get by adding towers, the greater the drop will be on total gold made in a particular EB.

    So as far as gold made, towers are a double whammy. First, they take up land which could otherwise be used to make money and, second they will cause a drop in plunder once you get too strong for an eb.
     
  9. Your a GH, you will lose way more plunder compared to other builds if building towers

  11. Yes the stats increase is what causes the plunder loss. Also, guild hansels make lots vs eb *because* they are weaker than what size the eb is intended for. You get stronger, and poof, advantage for being weak is gone. That is why the SOS/Vol conversion hurts at first, because of the strength increase. The SOS and vols actually have a higher plunder value than guilds, but they overpower that plunder increase by getting stronger and causing a slight loss instead. Towers hurt everyone, but hurt guild hansels even more vs eb.

    PvP on the other hand, the tower shouldn't really hurt all that much as long as you don't try to farm ppl smaller than you.
