As you might know, the more soldiers you have the more damage and plunder you gain. Here are some quick, simple things to know as you go about attacking enemies and participating in Epic Battles especially. → Don't waste soldiers Try not to ever just use all your soldiers at once, unless you are leaving your computer/phone or are using a health crystal. → Hit every 5 minutes When fighting, deplete 8-10% of your troops, wait until you regenerate, and then hit again. This will maximize your profits and, in an Epic Battle, damage to the target. In other words, it is a much more efficient method. → Don't forget other options What I mean here is not to forget all the tactics you have available to you. For instance, if you are participating in an Epic Battle in which mostly soldiers (attack) is needed, don't forget to assassinate with your spies. Though it does not reward you with plunder immediately, Epic Battle rewards are given based upon the percent of damage you inflicted on the target. Please give tips/suggestions, and I will add to this.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) A hansel makes around the same plunder every hit and is one of the best builds for PvE - I make over 1 bil an hour on average And I thought the damage didn't decrease as your troops lessened, but then you can just use pots
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) But apart from that, very good actually - good use of bb codes and good, detailed info
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) Actually, damage done to the target in EBs does decrease as your troops go down... I'm doing Haunting right now, and if I hit when my troops are full or almost full, I do 80 or more damage. If I hit when I'm close to empty, I do around 50 damage.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) You should completely waste your troops and spies before you crystal too.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) Ok, if you are on your last couple hits damage will decease. Other than an almost empty troop count damage won't decrease.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) No, it'll decrease as long as your troops are going down. At half my hits do 60-70 damage.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) It's also ok to drop your spy count lower since its numbers don't effect plunder. This way more focus can be put on troop count for attacking. Also if you are cutting it close on the regen timer you will only have to worry about one aspect of attack instead of two.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) My hits stay in the range of 95 to 115. How are you hitting that much less than me with similar attack numbers?
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) I'm doing The Haunting. In easy ones I do around 300 damage. But The Haunting is a harder one, so I do less damage.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) For attacks, to maximize plunder and damage, it's best to do 2 hit regen (hit twice, regen, and repeat). For steals, it's also 2 hit regen. For assassinations and scouts, it doesn't matter. Does the same amount of damage no matter how many spies you have.
Re: Regenerating Tactics (EXP ) I agree it's best for plunder to do the 2hits, but its not a big factor on damage. I just did a full unload on the haunting and 3 out of my first 4 hits where at 95. My highest hit of 116 occurred a little over the half troop mark. My second highest hit 114 was at the 1/3 troop mark. I was wrong at the point damage begins to drop, that started with 5 hits left. I forgot that I usually use the #10 pot at the end so my troop loss doesn't increase and I don't lose hits on the unload
