Around a month ago we made a change to the clan system based on player feedback in regards to clans being accidentally disbanded. Now when disbanding a clan, owners are met with the following message: This means that owners must now explicitly confirm their request to disband a clan. With this confirmation in place support is no longer facilitating clan recovery requests and wants to remind players that disbanding a clan is final.
Then devs, can u rename The_Firm to The Firm? Plz. We also disbanded accidentally. We just want our old name as The Firm once again. Thx devs
Oh, wait, so...if someone "accidentally" disbands a clan, ATA is no longer financially responsible? Support.
Reason is we got denied before but some clans still got their old names back even after you said it was not possible. One of them was "Zero Gravity" that you asided your beliefs. Plz also put aside your beliefs for "The Firm" Ty.
Support, I wish you would unlock accidentally disbanded clan names. I disbanded my clan Reign of Terror on accident and had to recreate it as Reign-of-Terror
does this happen that often? or is this really just a favor for the support crew? lol i wouldn't blame them if it was.
Probably is the reason. I am not even asking for the badges we unlocked like a top 50 lb and several other ebs badges. It's such a simple change. Plz do it and make me happy. I will spend $3 if you do it devs. :lol: :lol: :lol:
This is a lie I never received any message furthermore u can't prove I received one and I can't prove I did or didn't either fact is u clearly played favoritism further more I bet I can even prove at least that much! I'll be sending u that proof and btw if a person says they didn't receive that message and u can't prove they either did or didn't pfffftttt what then?
Couldn't care less about disbanding clans so here's a little treat Chocolate brownies oil, for greasing 350 g dark chocolate, broken in small pieces 250 g unsalted butter 3 eggs 250 g dark brown sugar, preferably muscovado 100 g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 1. Heat the oven to 170°C/gas 3. Lightly grease a 22cm square cake tin. 2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. 3. Whisk the eggs and sugar together for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy. 4. Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. 5. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the mixture and stir to mix. Pour the mixture into the cake tin. 6. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 35 minutes until the surface is set. It is cooked when it just starts to crack on the top. Remove from the oven. Allow to cool completely in the tin. 7. Slice the cake into squares and store in a tin or in a container in the fridge.
That's all well and good devs, however someone's clan was disabled without this message popping up. The fail safe didn't work and the clan was disband out of thin air without the disable clan button being pressed. Isn't it possible to rectify this?!
Point is, developers dont care if your clan is "accidentally" disbanded due to one of their glitches.it doesnt matter to them even though they have the equipment,the means, and the knowledge to restore clans disbanded due to one of their common glitches. They wont restore it and the whole confirmation thing is a lie!!!!!!! My clan got disbanded due to their glitch and the clan owner NEVER GOT NOTIFIED!! So be warned devs lie when they say they cant restore because they can they just dont care that paying people who pay their paychecks complain. They dont care about players either but they CAN RESTORE CLANS they just refuse to which isn't fair to accidental disbands.
so, in the last hour and 15ish minutes your clan was disband? or are you saying they claimed this new update was ineffect at that time but are just now informing the community? Edit: reread the op. this is not a brand new update. just a new update about a recent update.
