It's a territory up for discussion what do b.a.l.t.o. Actually do? Hell if I know I mean I literally just thought of an acronym that made sense for it two days ago and I've been using a meaningless acronym for 3 years up to that point.
If you like to pvp, why would you take a fee for it? Why dont people just hit for fun. No need for a payment. I do believe that next to the eb mercs that help smaller clans (no fee) there should be a pvp merc for people that are ridiculously outnumbered/outpowered. For just a small advantage on the other side you should just suck it up and fight it out
