Rancor Wars - New Spell Vampire Tough - Steal usage

  1. I have idea about new spell for wars. Spell name could be "Vampire Tough" and if you activate it then your steal get new function. If you do successful steal then you like Vampire get spies from your enemy ... but your troops increase ....

    What you think about this? It could be new dynamic how to regen during wars - with steal you get regen troops (if you have activated Vampire Tough spell). It will have finally steal usage in wars..... Adjustment have to be prepare for attack builds, maybe something like random success on steal or ADT dependency ....

    SPELL COST: 4-6 mith (if you dont cast spell then is STEAL as usual according old system)
    SPELL EFFECT: you dont lose any spies after success steal (or lose them, this is small detail only) + enemy lose spies which will be converted to your troops (enemy loses spies become your troops) = you get small (yes its only small regen) regen on troops
    WHAT THIS SPELL DONT DO: you dont regen to 100%, you just get only 1/24 of your regen (in turtle mode could be good advantage);
    ADVANTAGES: new use for steal; steal SKO good idea; new small regen mechanics; your troops regen .... so its not so good for hansels/ghansels if they focus on turtle zero troops during wars

    SPELL ADJUSTMENT (options for select):
    1/ RANDOM STEAL SUCCESS = make it random steal success no matter about enemy SDT/BFA/BFE to give chance to all builds which activate spell, not only hansels/ghansels/big_BFA_ppl
    2/ ADT DEPENDENCY = bring steal dependence (if is activated spell) from SDT to ADT (you have bigger ADT then have steal less sucess or % conversion of regen troops / btw if spell not activated then is same as usual steal dont make regen and depends on SDT/BFE/BFA)
    => BFA/BFE should have good adjustment with smaller effect to steal action (players have to build ADT to have protection against this spell)

  2. Random success on steal I mean, that no matter SDT enemy defense ... just make it random. So player will try fortune to get regen with steal (steal still means big lost of troop, but having chance for regen will be very nice )....

    MP you have a grreat idea! This WILL really change the dynamics of the WAR.. currently Steal is a function where we do not even use!

  4. Ya soul guys r pretty creative. Steal kinda waste of troops now n days. This a pretty good idea though it may make the overpowered hansel/gh godlike. I can support if it's balanced to not be good for just spies. I think if it was to only regen troops and not spies then it may be ok. 

  6. He said its random regardless of spy defense, can only assume attack as well. I think this would definitely level the playing field a lot in terms of lb accounts, if it is random.
     
  7. yes ... to add this for other than hansels/ghansels Im talking about random success STEAL .... so this could use all builds
     
  8. steal will still mostly fail = so most ppl just lose spies as usual, but if you success then you can get spies (not many) which lose your enemy or maybe some troops (enemy lose spies, you dont lose spies but you get spies or troops regen equal to enemy spies lost)
     
  9. I don't think they should lose troops, just spies but not troops, if it regens urs. If stealing killed other ppls troops it would prob replace assass function cuz tht would kill troops, give u plunder and give u troops. That's too much to give to spy builds.

    Keeping the same steal dynamic but adding some regen troops to plunder stolen I think it pretty good
     
  10. the randomness to succeed in steal is understood.. but.. . . . . .

    Maybe i think that the SDT or ADT should be part of the calculations..

    This is ultimately cost incurred by players to protect themselves..

    To ignore it might be too "one-sided"..

    I like this idea, but I think that some form of levelling should be done..

    I cant imagine all GH going all out to steal from the large guys..

  12. I agree. Some may say hansels are op, but they're not. They may ass you or scout you to ko, but they cant get plunder(easily). Especially with adt now. Steals are also hardly used now in war(successful steals...)
    Would be an interesting addon to the devs long list of suggestions...

  15. If one didn't lose any spies on a successful steal then a LB could go into a war and KO everybody on the opposing side
     
  16. Why do we need to put it as a spell when everyone will cast it obviously. Just put it as a feature. :O .

    Isn't that easier?
