  1. I am trying to recover my old account and ATA is saying that I need my last 5 receipts of purchase with that account and I do not how to access the receipts from my phone, can anyone help me with that? I have an iphone btw! I

    I would appreciate any and all help!

  2. Shouldn't they be in an email? I dunno about Apple but Google play emails a receipt with every purchase.

  3. Silencio is right - either you'll have emails from iTunes or you can go onto your iTunes account and look through your purchase history there :)

  4. Itunes on pc will have full purchase record google how to find it its not easy.

    But seriously, you can always check you bank statement for anything ATA/iTunes/google play related.

  10. As Moody stated above, you can look at your receipts by going onto you iTunes account.

  11. I did not find it, and I got a new phone and they transferred to this iphone but after awhile they deleted from my emails

    Directions as follows:

    1. Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
    2. Sign-in with the same Apple ID that you used to make your purchases.
    3. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the iTunes window.
    4. Scroll down to Purchase History. Next to Most Recent Purchase: [date], click See All.

  14. Can't you get on your bank account online and search for any Apple related purchases? That works for my bank but that may be different for yours.
