Q's guide to 4 LC resets in 4 days

  1. This guide is for those who have recently LC and are thinking about resetting to get the permanent item bonuses. You can get an 8% bonus to all stats (Attack/Defense Spy Attack/Spy Defense) with 4 LC resets.

By banking up cash now (when you are already making good money) and using an alt you can LC reset and build back up quickly. It would help if your alt has some cash generating ability but I did this with an alt with 300/150 stats.

Once you have LC build up cash with your main. To reset your account 4 times to get the permanent reset bonuses requires 100 billion in cash in your main. (I'll explain the numbers in a minute). That would leave your main reset but with no starting cash to build back up. I would suggest your main have 140 billion or more if you can wait that long. This way after your last reset you can start with a decent build.

When figuring out how much cash you have don't forget about the allies you currently own. You'll get 60% of what you paid for them if you drop them (Not 60% of their current hire value). You'll also get back 60% of the value of any pots you sell. Don't include the value of your buildings. It will make you sick how little you get back when you sell them so I won't tell you here.

Once you have money in your main you can begin transferring to your alt through drop volleying (read other guides for a more in-depth explanation). Drop volleying is only 60% efficient meaning that 100 billion in cash on your main will transfer only 60 billion to your alt.

If you have an established alt to work with the goal is for that alt to have 80 billion in cash before resetting your main. You need 20 billion in your alt for each LC reset of your main you want to do.

Once you create your alt ask for a volley. This will give you some decent money to start volleying with your main to begin transferring cash to your alt.

A good practice is to volley noob players who hit your alt. You know they are active right then and can give them advice on how to build so that they can be sold easily. I found that if I kept the volley on these players to less than 600 million they resold before I had to drop them. (If you once attacked someone whose first response was to buy and then volley you - you're welcome)

After your first volley or two with your alt you need to pot up. You will get a lot of random hits and steals and farms. Do not be cheap on pots. You don't have to have a lot of the higher priced pots but you should at least have one of every defensive pot and a few of the lower priced ones. Since your alt has low stats you will only be attacked by low stat players. The problem is that you will have lots of gold out and you can lose a lot more than they can take. I ran out of pots once (because I was cheap and hadn't learned yet) and I had a 3,000 stat player take 179 million from me in one hit. I almost wanted to ask him how much he actually made because had he really made 179 mil he wouldn't have attacked only once.

Once you have a couple billion on your alt you won't want to waste your time only volleying people up to a price where you can expect them to sell quickly. Volley up a few more noob hitters but this time have your alt keep them for the defense stats (why waste the pot money if you don't have to).

You now volley them up until your alt can't buy back. These allies will be kept by your main until you drop them. You could try to find allies with good stats or are active but you are going to raise their price to where no one will buy them. Suck it up and accept that you will drop them later.
No one wants to buy your crap allies and even fewer people want to see your WC ads. (Sorry for my ads btw. I had to learn.)

As you start to run out of cash on your main you will have to drop some allies to free up cash. Start with the highest priced ones who you know will never sell. One thing that I didn't try a lot but should have done more was to ask people who were getting strip farmed to buy my crap allies (they at least knew they weren't going to keep them either)

Have your alt buy back your lowest priced allies because these will be good allies to start volleying with once your main resets. (the fewer allies you have to drop or buy from someone other than your alt or main the better)

Once you've transferred all of your cash and allies it's time to sell your buildings. Since you won't be able to make money anymore on your main make sure you will have enough cash for your resets before doing this.

Once all your money and buildings are gone it's time to reset (RESET #1). You can only reset once every 24 hours and you can't reset if your clan is at war (just leave the clan then).

When you reset your main ask for a volley up to 750 million or not more than a billion. Suck it up and have your alt make the last buy. You know you're resetting so be kind and don't waste someone else's money.

Start the volley process again with your alt to transfer money back to your main. Don't build anything and don't explore (volleying goes quicker with more free cash) but do remember to buy some pots. You need 11.8 billion to land complete and reset. It took about two hours of volleying to transfer the cash. Probably could have gone faster but it's very boring and I have a short attention span. Once you get the cash explore your 25 lands but you can't reset until the next day.

After 24 hours you can reset again (RESET #2) and do the whole process again. Ask for volley, transfer your money, explore your land, wait 24 hours and reset again (RESET #3).

When you do reset #4 you don't have to have your alt buy after the starting volley and you can go to exploring 16 lands and starting with a T3 build. At this point you can decide how much money you want to leave with your alt to build that account up.

Having more than the minimum 100 billion really helped me. After reseting for the 4th time 18 days ago I am now at 1.1 million combined stats.

So after writing this I tried to think of things you might ask.

Why keep the alt at low stats?
-I thought it would be a good way to limit the amount of money I could lose from hits. I didn't realize that I would lose so much from a single hit if I had that much gold out. Once I bought pots I never lost again. I also never plan to use that alt again and didn't want to waste money building it up. Too tempting to go on a shopping spree.

Why not participate in WC volleys?
    - You just cannot make enough money in a reasonable amount of time.

Why not sell allies instead of dropping?
    - Good luck with that. If you can find buyers for the amount of allies you're going to go through I'm impressed. You can also wait between resets to give yourself more time to sell allies. It's easier to just plan to drop them and turn the extra money if someone sells into a better build at the end.

So this was my first guide because people were asking me how I did it. If you knew all this already good for you. You get a cookie. Move along.

    Have fun with the resets.

  2. I didn't even read 

  3. Read it. I really did LC reset 4 times in four days. It took a few weeks of prep to build the initial cash though.

  4. Wow 
Cool. But too complicated. I'm not doing it.

  5. Well, then u didn't reset in 4 days

  6. Didnt bother reading all of it but it sounds good. Its possible but very difficult and time consuming

  7. I actually scrolled threw it in less ten a second >.<

  8. Itsssssss tooooooooooooo lonnnnnnngggggggg 

  9. fail only spragga can take 173 mill

  10. I read it. And I understand but you need A LOT of patience for this

    Good guide though!

  11. btw I'd use 140 bill for other reasons :p

  12. It's ok but one of the other most valuable thing about resetting is the quests u do u can get 24 xstals min each reset if u do it your way u don't get them and you have to prep for it I did my 4 resets in a month and came out with 74 xstals and witting a month after I was t3bc so that's probs just as quick as your way maybe a week or two longer which is nothing really

  13. Paris has a good point about getting crystals. But overall its an interesting guide-good if you got lots of money to blow.

  14. Yeah that's true don't mean to take anything away from u Q well done and it's good u take the time to share this with everyone it's another method how to do your resets for people to look at

  15. Q beautiful guide. hehe not impossible at all. easy but time consuming...might do this..
    :D

  16. This is one of the best reset guides I've seen ty

  17. Agreed with Paris. didn't mention all the xstals you can get....

  18. Paris. Thanks for the feedback. Crystals were something that I completely overlooked. I should have spent some time building up and questing between resets.
