Well I have we all have had our share of pve and it does, as promised, bring more plunder to hitters. However I suspect lots of the big clans will switch back to pwar soon. Why? Because of the lousy plunder it brings to spy builds. My clan completed No quarter in about 8 hours. Our big hitters made between 15-20 Bil for 8 hours work. Not bad. The spies, however, were at the 4 bil range at best. Now this may not seem bad to a small clan, but remember that the war tax in big-clan pw can run to 100, 200, 300, even 400B+. Remembering a few days ago I said it is often the owner who gets the war tax, I don't think they will be too thrilled seeing their spies only get a few bil when they used to be getting 400B, especially with Highland prices being what they are. I think a lot of owners will be saying "allright you had your nice pve game, back to business everybody". Perhaps there will be a big revolt away from the big clans, in which case those who already have a big spy alt are very lucky as it will be hard to make one with this lousy spy plunder. Perhaps that was the devs intention to try and cap big spy builds. I think a lot of Hansel builds are in shock too because many are too small to hit the monsters. It is interesting what will become of this.
Dude. All your pure attack build PWar noobs are munched as soon as it comes to scouting or stealing. Spy builds can do it ALL. Get your spies more active.
Hansels and spies make tons, they may not be able to hit but they get lots for assassinating, scouting, stealing etc.
SPOILED OSFs. Stop whining. OSFs have had a long time of getting 100bil or more plunder. Attack builds don't get near that much. Calm down, you can survive without getting ridiculous amounts of plunder.
I'm a smaller hansel and I make quite a bit off the pve, you osfs ate spoiled and used to getting the money handed to them, all they have to do is keep spies above 20% and drop pots every now and then. They don't make as much right now because they have toWORK for it, it's not handed to them through pve, it's supposed to be a bit challenging, get over your self your osfs need to learn how to work. Sincerely, Matt
lol It is not really whining. It is just an obervation. PVE definitely favors hitters. 4 bil for a big clan spy is nothing.
Shut up coward. Your noob threads are annoyingly stupid. Learn to play and see the big picture. Pve will die for so many other reasons. Get on your main and I'll explain them to you. Coward.
Like I said, perhaps it is intentional. Perhaps having fewer spies is a good thing. I also agree that OSfs who get to take plunder live a charmed life. But opening long hours as an osf is boring, tiring and hard work. Make no mistake about it.
Actually MW the pwar system is slanted towards whoever collects the war tax. Usually it is the osf. I'm not sure how much smaller clan's are doing but a big clan osf that doesn't need to share the war tax is probably making 4-5 times that of the biggest hitter. Anyway, I suspect that owners who have been getting fat off the wartax will try and steer their clans away from PVE. I'm not saying they should do this, I'm just saying it will probably happen.
WTF, hansel... Scared? Hansel is STILL the reigning type here! With the 2.5m potion I "assume" you can hit easily, also doing bonus damage from potions, and making still a fair bit of CONSTANT cash, so you will still make on average more cash them an attack build, you can also steal, assassinate, scout, ETC, in which case, your damage output STILL > an attack build.
Man, quit your flipping noise! Nobody cares about spies getting less, and they don't anyway. Spies have had easier money that attack builds for ages, so shut your trap. •KaW is slanted to attack builds. •Pure Spy was never meant to happen. •Mixed builds rule PVE. •If your spies are lazy, not our problem. •Shut up, or get on your main account. Unless that is your main.
Hashashii, I guess it depends on the attack build of the hansel, the ally strength, and the pots used. I don't own a hansel but ones in my clan were complaining about the failure rate in No Quarter epic. Perhaps they would hit better in the lower epics.
Actually spies could probably do most of the quests solo, as they can scout, assassinate the enemy making troops unnecessary and steal items off of the enemy. The only reason you would need an attack build is those pesky monsters only affected by troops.
No one cares about spies? Well I assume spy-build players care about spies. lol I am not complaining; I'm speculationg what will happen now in the big clans and their owners who may be cut out of a huge revenue if PVE becomes main. Please make comments about it but try to avoid rudeness.
•A pure spy clan can complete PvE. •A pure attack build clan cannot complete PvE. •Attack builds need support. Spies don't. How the hell does this cop out spies?
