last night I purchased 125 nobility points thru paypal. I was charged for them but they never showed up on account. I reloaded the account several times since that sometimes helps. It didn't. Now I also have an error message on Oracle that it cannot access store. I did contact Paypal and they suggested I send you feedback to fix the problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Wrong you should actually make another identical purchase and both rewards will come through at the same time. It's just a lag issue. p.s. Kaw cut me in 50/50
Paypal didn't mean sending us, the community in forums, feedback. They meant send ATA feedback. As many have stated prior send an email to support@athinkingape.com There is often lag in purchases and they do eventually show up, but for some people they don't. Send them an email and explain the situation.
