Unless you give them credit card details/itunes details an they use the card themselves, or if they just buy it. You cant gift them a propack.

 

Instead, you could volley some gold over to them as a reward.
Or give them half an item stage.

 

No, they don't allow you to gift propacks to other members. The only method to obtaining a propack is for a person to buy one on their own.

You can gift credits for Google Play or iTunes though. However, there is no guarantee that they'll spend the credits on KaW.
