Are banner stats dropped from promos static? I know that equip that is enchanted is static but since equip from promos cannot b enchanted - I was wondering if they are still static
Static means the stats u get from them aren't dependent on ur troops u have Meanin if it's a % based equip (not static) as u ATTK and ur troops decrease the attk bonus u get from the equip decreases as your troops decrease Static means as you Attk and ur troops decrease - the attk bonus u get from equip doesn't decrease as your troops decrease. In most cases static equip is better.
The fact it shows a % means it is not static. It is % based on the troops/spies you have, so it decreases.
