There are a lot of moderator threads out there, granted this one is different, but you may want to read them cause they all pretty much say you should read the thread about how Moderators are selected. Use your feedback function to suggest someone you think performs exceptional in the game. If they are good candidates then their own posts will promote themselves

Don't even bother. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to the mod process. The only advice I can give is to spend money and kiss the current mods asses to have them recommend you.
