  1. So i'm looking to buy a portable harddisk. Main reason is to have all my photo's on it instead of all my files shattered across my devices 

My question is, does it work on my iPad too? Want to make sure before i buy one, not wanna buy the wrong one.

    Thank you

  2. Many wifi enabled NAS devices have apps to allow access on consumption platforms like tablets and phones.

    Check out the Seagate GoFlex

  3. Is that advertising I see? I think it is. That violates TOU. Not good enough.

  4. I've been using a WD Ultra 3TB passport. Decent comes with a handy silicon bumper case.
If I remember right, WD HD's are compatible with Apple products.

  5. Just use a flash drive or mobile.

  6. Thanks guys, i'm gonna look around :)

  7. If you have a laptop/PC, any external HD allows you to import pics from your iDevice. Its a bit tedious, as iDevice puts in separate folders.

  8. Seriously I have 2 android phones just for convenient storage.

  9. Connecting an iPhone to
A hard disk would be useful. I hate my Windows tablet, but I can connect my hard drive to it.

  10. That's basically what i'm looking for. A disk that works on any device.

I used programs like Google Drive and stuff, it works well but that's just for small files due a small storage. I need that 3T so i can download some movies on it. I'm most of the times far from home due work, would be nice if i could crash in a Hotel at night, plug in my harddisk on my iPad, and watch a movie 

  11. RavPower File Hub? It allows you to connect several types of storage media and creates a wifi connection to your devices. You can attach sd cards, flash drives, external hard drives, etc.

  12. The Lacie Fuel looks like it would work.

I didnt check the price though.
