Pope Versus Trump

  1. Round One. Fight!

Pope Francis is without a doubt one of the most, if not the most liberal Popes ever.
From admitting he would strike a man for insulting his mother to telling Catholic's not to breed like rabbits.

Donald Trump is without a doubt the most radical right wing politician in the USA with an actual chance of winning the presidential race.
He has taken very right wi- no not even right wing. He has taken many outright intolerant stances throughout his campaign.

Whether those are his legitimate views is up for debate.

So anyhow; Pope Francis decided to speak out on the Trump issue.
You can undoubtedly read the full thing online but essentially he called Trump unchristian.
He was very empathetic towards immigrants. Love thy neighbour and whatnot.

    To which dear Donald responded:
“No leader, especially a religious leader, has the right to question another man’s religion or faith,”
Trump then proceeded to blame the Mexicans for using the Pope as a pawn...

Trump has picked a lot of fights during his political career, this however is the biggest risk he has taken. Has Trump bitten off more than he can chew or will he prove that "YOU CANT STUMP THE TRUMP!"?

  2. Thought it said Pipe vs Trump.

  3. Now that is the stuff of legends -insert moonface-

  4. Trump looks bigger but I think he's out of shape I'm going for the Pope knocking trump out in the 5th round :)

  5. Honestly, the pope has better hair

I am no trump supporter. So I want that to be clear, but, I need to raise this point, in the interest of fairness (which is something you'll never get from trump)

The pope said "people who build walls instead of bridges are not Christian." This is referencing trumps pledge to build a stupid wall.

    HOWEVER.......

Isn't the vatican, which is a sovereign nation, SURROUNDED BY WALLS????? B

    Just sayin....

  6. I suppose I'm a fan of Pope Francis due to the last Pope taking no actions against pedo priests and looking like this:

  7. #Trumpforpope

  8. I'm gonna go with Optimus prime owns both

  9. Lmao. Trump says no religious leader has a right to question another person's faith?

Hmm. Tell that to Jesus. Or Moses. Or Ezekiel. Or Paul.

Questioning the faith of people is the business of Christianity. Its the business of all religions, if you think about it.

Trump is just mad he is being outed as a false prophet/antichrist. This is nothing we didn't already know, unless you're part of a compromised, progressive church.

    Que the atheist God haters

  10. My money is on the Pope.
One call to his mate upstairs, BOOM! Trump is dead

  11. That last statement is just begging for hate comments. I must refrain :|
I agree what Trump said is stupid. Religious leaders exist to guide the 'faithful' and question them when needed.
However notice how Trump takes this personal attack and proceeds to blame the Mexicans...
I'm pretty sure his followers were appeased.

  12. The pope lives behind a 50ft wall, unless he is willing to knock down the Vatican's wall he has no right to tell Trump building a wall isn't Christian like. He's a complete and utter hypocrite.
    #Trump2016

  13. Trump is winning lol

  14. I'm not a believer by any means, I personally find believing in imaginary friends silly, but I LIKE this Pope. He is pretty radically progressive for being the head of the Catholics. He truly cares about the people and is passionately involved in politics not for egotistical reasons, but out of true concern for the plight of all men. And I agree with him, if Trump is claiming to be a Christian, he has surely forgotten how to strive to be Christ-like. Because those aren't solely Christian values, if you really think about it, they are simply the values of a decent human being. And Trump, in my opinion, has yet to act like a decent human being.

  15. To be serious for a moment, trump is no conservative. He supported Obama care, supported partial birth abortion and is friends with pelosi and reed.

As for what trump is doing, he's selling a brand of patriotism, (which is bad) mixed with hate (which is worse).

I think trump is showing the world that hate sells. Let's hope more reasonable minds prevail in the end.

  16. That's what the rest of the world thought during the rise of the big H.
Just leave it be...it must be a joke...
    To quote said Dictator

"Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it."

I think that quote sums up Trumps campaign.

  17. I think that sums up every politicians campaign.

  18. Well there ya go guys, Jesus has spoken. :D

  19.
  20. Obama Care is actually a brilliant idea, you guys just don't want to pay money incase something happens that is life changing, which is 100% possible or if nothing happens, you are helping someone else. The same thing happens in Australia, and when my friend had an AVM burst in his brain, he was lucky that he didn't have to pay $8,000 a day in the Intensive Care Unit.
