Why should a bank be implemented if nobody attacks each other anymore? Everybody just attacks eb's, upgrades, then EE with low cash out.

All ATA games have their own specific features. KAW's does not include banks as stated somewhere sometime

No support. Pots and bronze bars are more than enough. Not to mention it take skill to craft accts to specifically be banks and if done correctly net you not just profit from internal ally trading, but keeps ready hundreds of billions in strip funds when you need to smack people around in osw

 

In short; lets not dumb this game down any further

If a bank does come into the the game then it'll feel Like mafia wars etc. Maybe a tax can come off each attack on an EB and that goes towards a CLAN bank? Then clan owners can buy stuff such as bonus' to attack def spy att spy def and may be even plunder..
