QUESTION Since it has been proven that Michael Brown's hands were not up when he charged and attacked police officer Darren Wilson, why still use that as a slogan?
Seems silly to me. On a side note, IF his hands were up, what difference would it make? He was still charging at him, hands up, down, left, right or up your bum it's still aggressive
They need to put their arms down or get some deodorant. The politicizing of police doing their job is causing quite a stench. #Justice4DillonTaylor #Justice4GilCollar #WelfareStateVsPoliceState

Yea this one is stupid.. but the other eric garner case is complete bs and that cop needs his face ******
The cop used an illegal choke hold.. It's one thing to hold the guy down but applying the choke isn't necessary when there are other police around.. It looked like that guy just wanted to choke someone out
Because if he had his hands up while charging, he probably would've tripped and fell and the officer would've just restrained him.
Telling a cop that is arresting you "do not touch me, i'm telling you for the last time, Do not touch me" is asking for a cop to slam him to the ground. He made a choice to not comply with arrest. Same with every one of these shootings. All i see are criminals becoming martyrs. Even the black cop/white victim ones are resisting arrest, or as the Gil Collar incident, the kid shown up at the police station on drugs and ended up getting shot.
He screamed 10 times "I CANT BREATHE" after they already had him down and handcuffed. Maybe thats time to let go of his neck? i watched the vid. Makes me sick
Can't breathe? He could shout, which requires air and yelling it 10 times means he had air intake. If he would have stopped strangling himself on the cop's arm, and calmed down, he would have most likely survived. But no, he resisted, putting stress on himself. There is a difference in "chokehold" and "stranglehold". Holds/strangleholds taught to police are to compress blood veins, and the hold only compresses airways when a restrained person resists or tried to fight back. The guy had been arrested numerous times before. NBC News said he had over 30 run ins with police before. If he had half a brain, he would have known how this works already.
Lol, a choke hold does just that, choke. If you were being choked and you had the air to say, " I can't breathe." I'd say it. You'd say it as well. There is a certain amount of air you must take in, if he was taking less than that in, then he would have slowly died. Like he did.
The cop used an illegal choke hold, but on the other hand the guy was selling illegal cigarettes. They go to arrest him. He immediately resisted saying don't touch me, get away from me. He was a huge guy. They had to subdue him to get him under control. I don't know the other options the cops have in that situation - tazer (if they were carrying one with them), a different set of take down methods? I'm not aware of their training. Resisting arrest and the guys poor health could have posed a problem.
Use the internet for some education: research the difference in "chokeholds" and "strangleholds". There is a difference in what police are trained to do, and what will cut off air passages. The media is calling this a "chokehold" incorrectly, to incite race wars to sell news advertising. And don't ask for me to post a link for you. I can't stand people on the internet that can't perform a simple search Google.
illegal choke hold or stranglehold, had the person not been resisting and had normal health, he would have survived. because of extenuating circumstances the choke hold did kill the man, the police officer was not aware that the man was of poor health and mind. if an officer is choking a criminal and they scream I can't breath and struggle instead of being subdued, the only thing that would tell any person is that the choke hold isn't working and the man is simply being a stereotypical drama queen.
The man died by being choked to death by a police officer. If I read correctly, there were other cops there. They couldn't subdue the man without choking him? I never asked you to do so. Don't worry about it. But, if you want your argument taken seriously, you might want to. Either way, you don't have to care and neither do I.
