The blue flame flickered as we sprinted through the eerie forest. Branches and twigs were crumbling under our feet, as the wind blew violently. Trees swayed to the left, then the right. Tai and I were absolutely bewildered, and devastated at the same time. We then fell to the ground. "I-I think... Mum... Dad..." Tai murmured, as a single tear escaped from his eye, then streamed down his pale cheek. "I just... We left..." He busted into tears, covering his head into his arms. "I'll get us out of this. Trust me, we'll live. We'll be okay." I assured him, as my rosy cheeks had became pale. My legs were trembling. "I'm gonna go make a fire. Stay here." "O-Okay," He cried, holding a blanket up to his chin. I frowned. Life is gonna be hard. Real hard.
