One way I've a one way ticket, across the world, Away from my home, through the tides I was hurled. My backyard garden, never again, For I've a one way ticket, to the end. In the depths of the darkness, I begin to sing, A song about autumn, and what winter brings. The lights flicker on, and I'm consious once again, Only to turn off, as if nothing were said. I am always running, from what I don't know, But every step I run, I reach a new kind of low. Do not follow me, for I do not belong, And by the time that you read this, I will be long gone.
