My life has always been sort of unusual, the night I was born is a perfect sign of that. I live in tornado alley as most call this area, and July is just as good a time as any for tornados to strike. I obviously don't remember much about the events of that evening but I have heard the stories. My mother was deep in labor; apparently I was stubborn even then; when the tornado sirens started blaring their ominous tone. My mom was too far into it to stop or be moved to a safer location. With the rumble of a thousand trains growing ever closer I finally came into this strange and ever changing world, but at that penultimate moment every single window in that room shattered into a trillion pieces of terror. The doctor covered my tiny body to protect me from wind aided shrapnel, my mother wasn't so lucky. A piece of glass about one inch in length was embedded into her eye that night almost permanently blinding her, luckily she was able to regain her vision but she still reminds me often enough how I was "the kid who almost killed her". Not so much a chapter, just wanted to get some feedback if you guys liked the general direction of the story, this is my first post in fan fic so forgive me if I broke any etiquette rules or anything.
I think Celest just doesn't realize FF is more active now, and there are different styles now. Some people write in short bursts.
