So this Eric Garner guy that the police killed wow what a story. It's nothing like that bs down in ferguson. This one there is clear video during and after the attack. While trayvon martin and Michael brown were both hood thugs and Prob deserved what they got from their own actions this guy did not deserve to die. It's not illegal. People seem to misuse this word quite often. The choke hold was a prohibited action by the NYPD for its officers in restraining suspects. He didn't necessarily break the the law by using a chokehold, however he did violate his employers policies.
