Note this not a complaint about a silence first off its about a corrupt moderator
And the abuse of power in kaw.
And a player intent on destroying another's ability to play the game.
Filing false harassment claims after he instigated an altercation in kaw.
And inflamed aspects by demanding another player quit kaw.

Obviously I talk of rogue one that has harassed me for weeks now. And since joining an alliance with sucker punch has now gained access to moderators that rather than remain impartial are clearly acting in one players interests despite that being unjust.

So rogue one ran to eagle. Apparently my stating that he lied by using more than just his darth vader alt is harassment. Quite how stating the truth on ones wall is harassment is beyond me.
When someone claims they farm you with one account and they are in fact hitting with multiple accounts that's is a lie. Stating that fact on my wall is not harassment. It is a statement of fact.

UPDATE eagle has since requested his silence be lifted as he has been presented with evidence that has proven he was lied to and misled. My respect to eagle for admitting this mistake.


Now the fact that he had my thread "declaration of Intent" deleted which housed the screen shots to prove his lies is also amusing.

You can lie about which alts you farm with.
And then when the evidence doesn't back you up.
You can run to a and lie to moderator in your alliance. Have them lock and delete the post

And then run crying to the developers, the person you started a fight with won't stop fighting back and as you are butthurt in an lb clan. You now want him banned?

So what? If I'm not in a lb clan and am being farmed I'm not allowed to fight back now? That's harassment?

Crying to the devs for a ban because you are that butthurt you cannot force a player to quit.

He claims posting pms in threads is against tou. Yet this has been done many times before with zero consequence to anyone i have seen. And lets be honest. He is crying about what he said because it insulted the vast majority of the player base.
If this was a concern it should have been raised on the day the post was put up and he could have just asked me to remove it. But no. . Not within 24hours - much less 3 weeks later does he complain. Which places it outside of the terms of tou.
Even wall posts cannot be silenced when after 24 hours.

Two - war threads are now not acceptable yet posting on every thread going is not an act of harassment. So he claims he is innocent despite dozens of screen shots. Of evidence of his harassing behaviour.
And yet I got told by the devs that some trolling is permitted. Which was stated in the prior opening posts to the prior thread since deleted. But in the ss below

And now he tries to have someone banned that he forced into a fight. Someone that he has attempted to destroy the game for. All because he is upset that people saw him insult nearly every player in the game. And all because he was unable to beat one person much less 1v1 them.
Or worse. Just control his temper and walk away.

Kaw is supposed to be a game. A thing to enjoy.
Players like rogue certainly destroy that element of the game.
