It has come to my attention that quest has a 1/50 chance of a nobility point when doing quest .. When I heard about this I started to do quest to obtain nobility points . It was working very well for the first 3 days I have got 6 nobs ( alot for me ) however it has come to a stop .. 8 unloads without a nobility point

You were just unlucky. I self pinned before bed on quests during a real war and I got 2 nobility drops in one unload on quests. Its not exactly 2% but it is close.
