Once upon a time i thought i saw my nob rate increase when i was hired. I am not to sure about anything now because i have built/upgraded buildings and bought lands without it increasing. The end.

this, until high lands start costing more than your most expensive t4. i havnt bothered checking anything since t5 because mainly **** t5, but aside from that, i think you should be going with 7% of your most expensive building
