Yesterday, my clan The Silent Uprising completed our first Haunting epic battle (congratulations all), and it's gotta be said we completed it in < 5 hours, so we didn't find it the hard. A few days ago, we also tried No Man's Land for the first time. This, we struggled with. It came down to - 2 minutes or something (and the reward was awful). So, what are others' perspectives? Which of these is harder? ~daT.
The Haunting. But if you're small like me, No Man's Land is WAY better. Better payout and you don't lose as much as you do in Haunting.
You probably did The Haunting at a time when more people in your clan were online, what stats do you need to start winning in The Haunting without pots?
Haunting pays better than NML based on plunder / time. But NML pays much better for spy builds than Haunting, plus hansels dont have to spend money on pots to hit. PLus pot part regens so more plunder in that. Haunting is harder and as i said before pays better for the time taken, but most smaller players have to spend on pots for success. However as the pot stage doesnt regen the payout is larger, also because it is a harder eb. NML can be harder due to the item stage regenning and blocking hits, but Haunting is also harder due to the fact that it takes more to complete Strategy, even at my stat i lose without pots on Haunting. The HLBC player in ours also loses occasionally without pots
Well, if you can do NML in a few hours, then yes it's really worth the time and effort. The item stage isn't a problem if you have players that get through it quickly and actually pay attention to the item stage when it regenerates. In the Haunting, MANY people do less than -100 so it's a pretty hard EB to do with 30 people since it has more than 200,000 points that you need to take down in less than 6 hours. IMO, NML is better than The Haunting for clans with less people.
I agree with Razor, NML is better than Haunting for smaller clans, or clans with weaker members that find it hard to hit Haunting
I think it depends on how even your clan is when it comes to builds. NML has that scout phase, so if your clan is small on spy builds thats gonna slow you down.
Hmm strange, is there a difference in the sizes or builds of the actives in Haunting to the actives is NML? Did anyone xtal in the haunting? ~VeX "Find The Key To Success"
And you found NML harder? hmm...... Could be size of those contributors daT..or also if people that had never done it before, they might have been tryna hit when the shield was still there. On haunting you can attack and its either success or loss, on NML if the shield is there its a def loss. That could be why. IMO NML is easier if you have the same ammount of contributors with the same stats on both. Also depends on level of activity and how much they hit/pot Legs
@Strategy You still need pots for the last 1/4-1/5 with 2m atk...Haunting is better if your clan has a decent amount of ~1m atk hitters. If you're going to wait until everyone has 2m atk...it's up to you but you'd easily make more with Haunting. Besides, the pots don't cost that much, if you can use them efficiently (not buy 26 12m atk pots every time but rather get a 7.5m 2.5m, etc, to save pot costs)
Well I know that in the haunting when I'm down to half my troops I have to use the 2.5 mil pot and the 1 mil pot and that works for me I've found also that for every 60 successful actions I do I get 1billion all in all
The people with the comments about hansels and heavy spy builds are right about nml. I have done 10 BIL in a nml at probably half this size. In fact, if you find a clan that does 24/7 nml, wall me.
