Is the account you want to transfer linked? If not, you won't be able to transfer it.

 

I just got a new phone a few days ago. Was really simple. Just follow directions when you first load the app.

The FIRST thing it asks is if you want to transfer an account or to enter a name for a new account.

Log in via ata or fb for old account.

 

Just have the account linked via ATA or fb and when you first load the app just log in. Your account is now on your new phone. Make sure if your getting rid of your old phone you disconnect your account before doing so.

Step one link phone to ata
Step two link new phone to ata
Step three unlink old phone if you do not intend to keep it
Step four do not unlink old phone use on wifi when new phone is recharging
Step five unlink old phone creat alt
