NEW CLAN ROLES = Lack of Managing applicants admins

  1. First of all .. these clan roles are good, Im not against them. But they need small adjustments ….

    Where is prob? There is lack of manage applicants roles in clan. Why? Because manage applicants (watching doors) can actually max only 26 ppl in clan (if clan buy all necessary roles for it).

    Why its not enough? :p Normally can be this enough (if clan has all active ppl). But not all clans set admin rights according to activity. For example after merge are usually set to admins positions ppl coz of power adjustment. Or in some clans are admin rights distributed according to clan loyalty, for longer stay etc.... Now it changes :!: = top 16 managing roles have to be set to ppl who are most active.

    :) :shock: New Roles structure bring these categories (shortly*) :)
    a) Managing roles (warlor + commander + war shief + armsmaster = 16) = can manage roles, can manage epics, can manage applicants …. Etc. = these can do almost everything in clan like old "admins"
    b) Epics roles (all 16 managing ppl + captains + knights = 36) = can manage epics
    c) Applicants roles (all 16 managing ppl + recruiters = 26) = can managing applicants
    d) Kicking roles (all 16 managing ppl + chargehands = 26) = can kick ppl; chargehands will be usually ALTS
    *this list of roles doesnt include mute/change titles/ other roles (Im focusing only on epics and applicants roles)

    ;) My experiences ;)
    - Managing roles are necessary for all clans, they must have them all or clan will have probs with normal life. Clan have max 16 ppl in managing roles who can do almost everything. Other clan roles are specialised.
    - Recruiter is much more valuable than captain/knight, coz clan will usually have more work with manage applicants (watching doors) than starting epics.
    - Its very small difference between captain and knight role. Mute is not important as looks like. I know guys – its new – but still, how many ppl in clan you will need to have this oportunity??? More important is managing applicants – watching doors.
    - If I set captain then looks like this person is something more than Recruiter. But for my clan is more valuable Recruiter. We need more of them ….

    :roll: Solutions :roll:
    a) Give captains „managing applicants role“ = this will resolve everything. Then will have clans potentially 36 ppl (not 26 ppl) to manage applicants (watching doors).
    or
    b) Add more Recruiters = good solution, but not ideal; if you choose this, then incrase it from 10 to 20 slots
    Or
    c) Give Chargehands „managing applicants role“ = they can kick, why they havent managing applicants role too?

  4. We can all admit there's been a tonne of butt hurt surrounding this update.. My only thing about offering suggestions is the Devs rarely listen to forums, the don't listen to our feedback, and when they do it takes 15 years by which time people become bitter and butt hurt about things..

    I'm just trying to streamline the process
