New attack Bar : Modified

Discussion in 'Strategy' started by SkeetSkeetWaterGun, Apr 29, 2013.

  1. I wonder if anyone else had the idea I have had about creating a new attack bar seperate from troops and spies. In wars it is known hansels trump all. Troops
can't hit spies. It makes wars completely one sided. So in an effort to balance the wars both EE and osw I am posing an idea of the third bar. ( Most likely not the first.)
This new bar would set the playing field for a very dynamic set of builds and war strategy. We all know spies> troops. With this new bar we could set a system of checks and balances in war. This new bar could hit spies but be subject to a pounding by troops. Setting a triangular dynamic of spies>troops , new bar> spies, troops> new bar.
I do understand that on our current 49 land variable kingdom adding a new bar and its building would lower current troop and spy stats. So with this I coupled the active topic of a new set of lands. With this new bar we could grow faster. With the idea of new lands being "expensive" this new attack bar and its plunder could close the time gap achieving all lands purchased created by a new set of lands. Allows for new equipment and eb material. ( None I have put thought into.) It could create more red paladin equipment.
Examples for new bar would be : mages, cleric, engineers, beast herders, monter controllers, or mobile equipment. All ideas are welcome. I feel that this idea could go far and possibly revolutionize kaw and open many doors for this game as well as keeping players hooked. Thanks for taking the times to read this. I will answer all questions about my idea as I am pretty sure I forgot something. Thanks again, Happy KAWing.

  2. Nice idea support

  3. Rule of thumb, if it's not broken don't fix it.

This would require the chance of every game mechanic in kaw.

    /bad idea.

  4. I do understand hansels will not like this, Sorry guys. My idea is derived from other successful mmorpgs.

  5. Ohhhhhhhh!! I get it now!!!!!

  6. Much better op. Still no support. If you think spies are too strong then add more spies or towers. Not saying this bc im a hansel like you think. I have an attack, hansel and hybrid and I don't think it should be changed.

  7. I appreciate the feedback atr

  8. I would just att new bar till pin then ass till your pin. Pointless idea and would be a waste of everythimg put in it. They have these fancy buildings called towers, use em ;)

  9. It's not a Bad idea, but keeping up with 3 bars during war would be a big challenge :p

  10. Once again, no support. Wanna know how to stop spies? Pots. Mith. :|

We have had spies and troops for 3 years. Don't **** with a system that's been working fine

  11. Rock (troops), paper (spies). As of now lets admit it spies dominate troops its simply rock and paper right now. So this idea suggests a new type of troops which I would well call scissors. Its not a bad idea idiots. You should think first and analyze before throwing it to the garbage first like you new so called forumers do. This is a strategy war game as of now there's strategy but not many of it. So again good idea and instead of not minding it fuckers why don't you expand it instead think of ways to make this fun and actually possible.

  12. No support

  13. I am using towers, but that is the last thing to go down. I will be warring and spy heavy hybrid but I wanted to mix it up.

  14. I did think about it and im pretty sure we all have the choice of what build we want so don't ***** and moan about spies being better. I have 4 accounts and I don't think being hansel is that much better.

  15. if the rolls were switched to troops> spies, hansels would be gretels. Lol just saying

  16. Excellent presentation OP and i support :D i think it should be called the "natives" bar.

  17. WORST IDEA EVER  Nuff said

  18. Sorry, spies being better than troops in war is completely wrong. That just means your strategy and execution aren't right.

As for being better, your choice to be an attack build rather than a spy, if you think its so much better then why not convert? You will soon see all the downfalls that spy builds have.

For one, we as spies have no chance of becoming leaderboard players, and are easily overthrown by a good attack build with the know-how to take us down. Its really not hard, IF you know what you're doing.

    No support.

  19. Both builds have their advantages. It's a matter of opinion whether one has more advantages.
It seems like everyone complains that their build is worse...

"The grass is not greener on the other side."

  20. Question: can troops hit spies?
answer: no, but spies can assassinate troops
If you don't see the validation in my statement I have nothing more to say as it will do no good
