  6. I received a notification. To confirm my username change in feedback option. Must have misunderstood. I emailed support again as I am silenced

  7. The feedback button is on your home screen. Look for a question mark like thingy for Android. Look for the "Feedback" button for iPhone. For PC, bottom left corner. If all fails, press a bunch of buttons. And post the desired name in the chat.
