At the moment, the guide section of forums doesn't actually contain the stickied guides made by players. Instead, they're scattered around the forums. This doesn't really make an logical sense. Placing all of the guides under the 'Guide' section will better organize necessary information for all types of players.
The best guides are already there. Guides was designed as an elite section to get the game knowledge as quickly as possible with minimal searching. We review it every so often to ensure that. If I moved every sticky thread there it would a). Remove a lot of specialist knowledge from specific forum categorys, and b). Clutter it up so it's less user friendly.
