money spent on xtals for t4

  1. Seems nobody is thinking about the real cash used to buy xtals, that are used to make gold, which was then spent on T4 buildings.
    What about that cash??? You took my money devs, I feel ripped off here!!!! Where's my refund on the real cash??

  11. It's like the other post about defending the sale said. Would the grocery store refund your money on a sale after you purchased before hand? No. It's the risk you take when you invest money into something. It happens

  17. Chief, thats a bad example. I work customer service for a multi-million grocery chain in my area. If someone has their receipt and recently bought a product that is currently on sale, we will compensate for them and give them the price difference.

    Very rare a customer actually wants this though.

  19. @eltyr. I also work a very similar job, however we do not refund sales on items that were bought before they went on sale

  20. I have only bought xstals for war not to upgrade and I got hcbc and I have a hansel with 38 SOS lv2 guess it's going to be cheaper for me to upgrade again no xstals bought so happy days 
