I appreciate the need for a cost of MITHRIL scaled by stats for obvious reasons, but what is tHe point of the scaled cost if there is a daily limit to how much a player can buy? You may as well just say everyone can have same number mith @same price as it doesn't matter how much it cost or how much gold you have you cannot buy what you are willing to spend on it! The idea that stats = price per mith is so big dogs have as greater issue for fund raising to stock up as wee Willie 12th land! Higher you earn higher you pay! What I would be curious to know is how the daily limit is set and on what criteria it is based upon...? Anyone know plz wall me, thanks a crystal mith head!
It's set so that very large players with massive amounts of pots can't overstock. I myself hit the limit daily, and for good reason. I consider mith fairly cheap (one mith=one good eb unload.) if it wasn't for that limit, I'd have far more than I do now.
If I was able to buy what I wanted without my small limit of 18, I would have bought who knows how much... op, its so people who have a ton of gold saved in pots can't just buy a bunch right off the bat.
I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it's based off of what land you're on? Or your most expensive building. @OP The purpose of raising the price vs. Stats/land is it's used as a gold sink.
Thanks for your replies guys, makes a lot of sense now being as top players have trillions in allies. What I will add is that my daily limit has been changing, from day 1 of mith sale I was maxed when I bought 24, yet today bought 26 ? Just to say nothing upgraded during that time.... Perhaps the devs could put a limit indicator within the alchemist so players are aware how many more they can buy at anytime.... Just a thought, thanks again for all replies.
