Recently, I had the unfortunate pleasure to engage with support when I didn’t receive the rewards associated with a Legend that folds into the Competitions. I sent Support screenshots of how I completed 7 days and 28 days and how I haven’t received the Competition Rewards. Needless to say my experience was worst then pulling teeth. Finally they bored me so much (seems intentional) that in no longer cared. They finally gave me the wrong rewards and they threatened me that I am posting from 2 accounts. What a great approach to handling their screwups. During this Global Event, I would unload on the event and then wouldn’t receive any rewards. It’s not my account but it was a rampant issue in chat and in forums. When I sent support a message they asked me to go through the same steps for every ticket - empty cache, reload, restart, uninstall etc… After that they forget all about it and the rewards are no given and 4 hours later a new Global EB starts. This one I get rewards for. Still no rewards from the earlier. 2 days later they send a “sorry we haven’t gotten to you and we haven’t forgotten” coined message. Today, I receive a message to send screenshots of the missing rewards! Now this broke my back. How can I provide screenshots for rewards I haven’t received???? Can someone help here?? I get another message what are the rewards that I don’t get? Again, rewards are based on contribution and drops are based on some random formula! What sort of questions are these?? Simply these are question to not do anything. Bore us enough and we just give up and move on. This is the situation in my case, the event is over and it’s useless and a total waste of time trying to follow up. Let me know how you all feel and share your experiences. Maybe this will get Devs and Mods to come back to KaW rather than keep circling the moon. This is message from an ancient player back from the early days of KaW who has enjoyed the game and community. If for nothing else, take this input form a loyal customer and stop treating us as numbers like those accounts you create to inflate the user base!
