Max plunder please help

  1. Should my max plunder be 20.4 billion ?

  2. Buy a small ally, say 100m. If your ally plunder increases then youre not at max, if it doesnt you are. Just keep checking that way.

  3. I get roughly 26 billion on my calculation. CS x 5500.
